Engage HB – January

Engage HB is an opportunity to serve God by serving others. Join us on
the 1st Saturday of each month as we meet off campus for our projects.
Please wear your masks, work gloves and bring water to drink. If you would like to bring some gardening tools that is great, but not necessary.

This month’s service will be at Monarch Nature Trail on Saturday, January 2 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Enter at the Rancho Rd. entrance (near Spa Drive, where you can park)
Activities can include spreading mulch, weeding, watering, picking up trash and planting. You can visit their website to learn more about the trail.

Do Not Be Afraid – Virtual Christmas Pageant

How will it work?

You will record your scene with your family or whoever says, “Yes! Let’s do it! This will be fun!” Nobody is too young or old.

What about costumes?

You can use what you have at home or borrow items from the church. No need to go out and buy anything.

When will the performance be?

All the recorded scenes will be put together and the pageant will air on our online services December 20^th.

CommUNITY Yoga

We are meeting online (link below) but will be able to host 6 people in-person by RSVP only. Because we are now in purple, we have to be a bit stricter. People can email leyla@cucmhb.org to RSVP and for the Zoom link.

CommUNITY Yoga – October 17, 2020

CommUNITY Yoga is this Saturday at 5pm. We’ll be meeting in-person and on Zoom.

If people plan to join us in person, please let Leyla know so we can be sure we have the space to accommodate them since we are socially distancing and need to see our instructor. Yoga in person will be held outside, we will take temperatures and wear masks when not on our mats, which will be spaced 6 feet apart. You can RSVP if coming in person to leyla@cumchb.org.
