Advent Study
Almost Christmas

Almost Christmas

A Wesleyan Advent Experience

Wednesday, December 4, 11, and 18, 6:30 pm

Based on John Wesley’s famous sermon “The Almost Christian” this study will help guide us in our Advent journey, especially in preparing us to receive Christ more fully in our hearts and lives.  As we all strive to live out our faith, it is easy to get caught up in all the craziness of the Christmas season.  It is our hope that this study will help us prepare to receive Christ more fully into our lives and guide us to live out our faith in a more authentic ways.

There is a daily devotional book for those who would like purchase one. They are in the office for $10.  The devotional book is not required for the class and you can purchase the book just for you to read at home.

Brenda Weikel will be leading the discussion based on the DVD which will be viewed during the class and other reading.

We hope that you can join us in taking the time to prepare our hearts for Christmas!
