In Voices of Advent, Matthew L. Skinner takes us on a journey through key Bible passages that shape how we understand and celebrate Christmas. We hear from Jesus as He promises to come again, from John the Baptist as he prepares the way for the Messiah, from faithful people and poets eagerly awaiting Christ’s birth, and from angels and dreamers praising God as Christmas begins. Through these voices, we discover a common thread—hope. This study invites us to experience Advent not just as the beginning of the church year, but as the
opening chapter in the amazing story of Jesus.
You are warmly invited to join us for this class. Books are available wherever you buy books. Reading the book is not required—each session includes a video overview of the main
chapter themes.
