Weekly Yoga Schedule

Monday @ 4:00 pm – Functional Yoga

Strengthen your body and spirit with this Functional Yoga class. This session is designed to enhance mobility, balance, and overall well-being through mindful movement. As we flow, we cultivate gratitude for God’s gift of our bodies and embrace the energy that sustains us.

Tuesday @ 4:00 pm – Restorative Yoga (Childcare Available)

Find peace in the stillness and surrender to divine grace with this Restorative Yoga class. This practice is designed to release tension, foster inner peace, and encourage deep rest. With childcare available, you can fully immerse yourself in this time of renewal, trusting that you and your loved ones are held in love and light.

Wednesday @ 4:00 pm – Yoga Flow

Breathe deeply, move with intention, and connect to your higher self in Steve’s uplifting yoga session. Through mindful movement, breath work, and meditation, we invite God’s presence into our practice, centering ourselves in faith and spiritual alignment.
